Mandy Sproat
Registered Psychotherapist
Aa Registered Psychotherapist, my mission is to help individuals achieve their optimal mental wellness and build a life that aligns with their values and goals.
My approach is eclectic, meaning I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including supportive psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This allows me to create a personalized plan tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances. I believe in fostering a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely.
Together, we’ll work to uncover patterns, develop new coping skills, and navigate challenges in a way that empowers you to thrive. When I’m not working with clients, I’m committed to my own personal growth and wellness, staying up to date with the latest in psychotherapy to offer you the best possible care.
I’m here to guide, support, and walk alongside you on your journey to mental wellness. Let’s take this step together—I look forward to meeting you!

Lindsay Kaake
reflexologist
I’m Lindsay Kaake, a certified foot reflexologist with over five years of experience and a passion for holistic wellness. My journey into reflexology was a natural extension of my 25-year career as a personal support worker. Through that experience, I’ve come to deeply understand the importance of whole-body healing—caring not just for physical needs, but emotional and energetic ones too.
Now based in Port Elgin, I offer a relaxing and supportive environment where clients of all ages—whether professionals, athletes, seniors, or anyone seeking better balance—can unwind and restore.
Reflexology is more than a soothing experience. It’s a powerful way to encourage the body’s natural healing response, reduce stress, improve circulation, and promote overall wellness.
I’m here to help you feel more grounded, calm, and connected—one step at a time.
Natalie Foy
Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying
I grew up in a small town, and after years of education, self-exploration, and a decade living and working in Fort McMurray, Alberta, I’ve found my way back home. Along the way, I’ve experienced my share of struggle—something I believe deeply connects us as human beings. A natural disaster played an unexpected role in rerouting my path, reminding me how quickly life can change and how resilience often comes from the most unexpected places.
As a therapist, I hold a deep commitment to continual learning—not only through formal supervision and research, but also by staying open to the insights and experiences my clients bring into the room. I see every session as an opportunity to grow both professionally and personally through genuine connection.
My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, and I draw from several therapeutic modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy. I have also completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and this framework informs my work with couples and relationships. This integrated, humanistic, person-centred approach allows me to adapt to each client’s unique needs while staying anchored in empathy, authenticity, and respect.
On a personal note, I often joke that my husband and I have been in couples’ therapy since our second date—but in truth, that commitment to growth and communication has laid the foundation for the relationship we have today, alongside our three children and two dogs. Running, music, and the beach are my anchors. Whether shared with family and friends or enjoyed in solitude, they help ground my own mental well-being and allow me to show up fully for the people I work with.

Katie MacLeod
Registered Psychotherapist
With over ten years of experience in behavioural optometry, Katie brings a unique, whole-person approach to therapy. Having worked closely with both children and adults, she understands how our thoughts, emotions, and perceptions shape the way we experience the world.
As a psychotherapist, Katie supports clients dealing with challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, and burnout. Drawing from approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), she tailors each session to meet clients where they are — with compassion, curiosity, and respect.
At the heart of Katie’s work is the belief that with help and compassion we can uncover the truest versions of ourselves. Katie provides a safe space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with goals, values, and authenticity.
